Cancellation & Refund Policy


At Unipen Books, every book is printed individually for each customer as per the order received. This ensures a unique and quality-controlled product, but it also means that cancellations and refunds are governed by the following terms:

Order Cancellation

  • Same Day Cancellations:

    Orders can be canceled on the same day of purchase. Since printing starts the next business day, cancellations must be requested within the day the order is placed.

  • How to Cancel:

    Contact our customer support via the cancellation request form, email, or WhatsApp before midnight on the day of ordering, with your order details.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Amount for Same-Day Cancellations:

    95% of the order value will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days, after deduction of 5% for processing and payment gateway charges.

  • After Same Day:

    Once an order moves to the printing stage (the next business day), it cannot be canceled or refunded as the book is custom-printed for the individual customer.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect Orders by Customer:

    Books ordered with incorrect details (such as mistakes in customer-provided names or addresses) are non-refundable once the printing process begins.

  • Change of Mind:

    Since books are printed specifically for each customer, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted after the same day of ordering.

  • Digital Products:

    All purchases of eBooks and digital downloads are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Damaged or Defective Orders

  • Reporting Issues:

    If a book arrives with clear manufacturing defects or damage, contact our support within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs and order details.

  • Resolution:

    Upon verification, Unipen Books will offer a replacement copy at no additional cost or process a full refund according to your preference.

Other Considerations

  • Processing Time:

    Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7 working days and may take longer to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Communication:

    Any issues, queries, or special requests should be directed to our official customer care channels for timely assistance.
