Shipping Policy


  • Orders are processed and printed on-demand; printing begins the next business day after the order is received.

  • Standard shipping is used for delivery, with estimated delivery times communicated at the time of order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and shipping method selected.

  • Orders must be placed before a specified cutoff time (e.g., 5 PM IST) to be processed the same day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary due to printing, courier services, or unforeseen delays and are estimated but not guaranteed.

  • Tracking details are provided  once the order ships, allowing customers to monitor their shipment status.

  • Unipen Books is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

  • Delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be restricted or delayed depending on the courier’s policies.

  • If a shipment is lost, damaged, or incorrect, customers must report within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

  • Customers should ensure accurate shipping information is provided to avoid delays or delivery issues.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the shipment was damaged or incorrect.
