UniPen Books Terms and Conditions

1. By placing an order with UniPen Books ("We," "Us"), you ("The Customer," "You") are agreeing to abide by all the following Terms and Conditions.
2. UniPen Books operates exclusively on a Print-on-Demand model and does not keep physical stock of books.
3. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the book is sent to be printed. Please allow a minimum of 4 -5 working days for the printing, quality inspection, and packaging process before your order is dispatched for shipping. This time is separate from the actual shipping transit time.
4. All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our Print-on-Demand service, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the printing process for your order has begun.
5. The only exception to the no-return policy is if the book arrives damaged or is materially defective (e.g., missing pages, blurred text, or incorrect binding).
6. If a book is defective, You must notify Us via email within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, and include clear photographic evidence of the defect.
7. Upon verification of the defect, UniPen Books will arrange for a replacement of the identical item at no extra cost. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement is not possible.
8. All contractual relations, transactions, and any disputes between UniPen Books and The Customer will be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
9. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City/State in India, e.g., Kochi, Kerala].
10. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
